FAQs regarding orders

FOR AUTOGRAPHED SERIES PHOTOS:

Your order will be processed by Worldwide Art Distribution. Payment is made to them by ETH.  
Orders are non-refundable once payment is made.
Within 24 business hours after your payment is received, a representative from Worldwide Art Distribution will commence processing your order.

Emanuela Exotic travels extensively.
She typically signs photos one day each week, and these photos need to be printed, forwarded to her hotel, and readied for her to sign. They must then be professionally scanned.
Please understand this process can take a few weeks.
Please check with Worldwide Art Distribution by email with your order number if you have any questions.

Unless you order the mailing option, photos are destroyed after they are scanned.
 

FOR ROCK HITS VIDEO ORDERS:

Your order will be processed by Worldwide Art Distribution. Payment is made to them by ETH. 
Orders are non-refundable once payment is made.
Within 24 business hours after your payment is received, a representative from Worldwide Art Distribution will commence processing your order.

All Rock Hits videos are delivered electronically for you to download. You will receive a link to download the video from our highspeed video servers.
Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours.

Rock Hits videos are very big.  You get PRO, Spotify and Apple synch versions in both 4K and a 1080p versions. The 1 hour 4K version can be over 50 GB, the 1080p version over 10 GB. You can choose to play your Rock Hits video with a Spotify or Apple playlist. Or if you wish you can create a PRO playlist from your owned music collection.

FOR SHIPPED ART:

Your order will be processed by Worldwide Art Distribution in collaboration with an established art gallery closest to you.

Payment is made by ETH.  Orders are non-refundable once payment is made.  
(If you are unable to make payment with ETH, email us and explain your situation and we will endeavor to find a solution, if possible.)

Within 24 business hours after your payment is received, a representative from Worldwide Art Distribution will commence processing your order.

We do not charge for framing or shipping.
Currently we only ship to locations in the EU, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Canada, USA, Mexico, Japan and select other countries.  If you have a shipping address in another country inquire first before you place your order.  
Orders are shipped from the EU so taxes and import duties may be appliable when your order arrives.

If you prefer confidentiality, we don’t even need your name or address. The order can be shipped to an art gallery near you for you to pick-up. Please let us know the gallery you work with.
 

FOR LIVE EVENTS:

Your order will be processed by Worldwide Art Distribution in collaboration with an a resort hotel where the event is hosted.
In personal attendance is open only to qualified attendees. Please contact us if you wish to attend a live photoshoot or other event with Emanuela Exotic live!
